FIDELITY

PSALTER 9:11
“…for You do not forsake those who seek You, O Lord”.

WHAT IS THIS PASSAGE ABOUT?
These words are about God's fidelity. Not to those who are perfect, but to those who seek. To seek means to be in need, to call out, to return to God even when things are difficult and unclear.
WHAT DOES GOD WANT TO SAY THROUGH THESE WORDS?
God does not turn away from a searching heart. Even if a person doubts. Even if they fall.
Even if they search with tears. The search itself is evidence that God is near.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
In times of difficulty, the fear of abandonment arises. It seems that God is silent. But this verse reminds us: silence is not indifference. If you seek Him, you are not alone.
HOW TO USE IT TODAY
• Do not stop turning to God, even if you do not see an answer.
• Bring your situation to Him as it is.
• Hold on to the truth: He does not abandon you.
CONCLUSION
God is faithful to those who come to Him, even slowly and weakly. He does not abandon those who seek.
FINAL THOUGHT
Sometimes searching is simply a quiet “Lord, where are You? Help”. And even this is already a step toward the One
Who never abandons.
PRAYER
Lord, I seek You in my pain and confusion. Sometimes it seems to me that I am alone, but You promised not to abandon those who seek. Stay with me. Support me on this difficult path. I need You. Amen.
